My sweet baby is eight months old today. We celebrated with a yummy pot roast made by Grandma Joyce and a cake (for the big people only). Do not fret, dear reader, Zoey enjoyed sweet applesauce for her big dinner. :) **Oh and that green spear in her hand is Mama's new favorite "Ah-HA!" treat. CELERY!! Yep, it's cold and hard for teething. She can't swallow it. and it's BPA-Free!! hehehe! John and I were out at a restuarant where Zoey was more interested in the people than her food (yet she still had to have something to chew on...) so VOILA, celery from her Dad's plate of hot wings... Natural and clean and oh so YUMMY!!!
Anyhoo... back to BIRTHDAY fun!!!
This picture is right after we noticed Zoey had tried to grab the cake with HER FEET!! Oops! "Wha' Grandma?! I was just trying to see what it was!"

....And the side of the cake. We missed Grandma Pat. It snowed too much for her to come and visit. But we understand. We hope to see her soon.
